Our Story

ROUCOU is a French-Japanese Cheese Bar & Omakase in Central, Hong Kong, built around a simple but powerful idea: cheese can become the centre of a modern dining experience.

 

At ROUCOU, artisan cheese is not served only as a final course. It is transformed through Japanese technique, seasonal ingredients, wine, sake and cocktails to create a dining format that is intimate, memorable and highly distinctive.
